FOR GUILDS OR CONFERENCES
Local trips have mileage fee according to current IRS allowance + tolls.
Distant travel cost includes round-trip air fare, ground transportation, living accommodations, and meals.
Housing with local, childless, dogless, non-smoking group member is acceptable. Need no-feather pillow/comforter room. Private room with adjoining bath that has shower, not tub.
Please mention specific dates you are interested in. (Which day of month for guilds is helpful, i.e. first Tuesday.)

Room that can be darkened for slides
Screen that can be seen from the back of the room
Lectern
Microphone
Kodak carousel slide projector + extra bulb + 80 slide tray
3-4 quilt stands, if possible
